Jim Allsopp Named New Chief Operating Officer of NightRays
Houston, TX (October 4, 2007) – NightRays Radiology, a leading teleradiology provider, today announced the appointment of Jim Allsopp as chief operating officer, effective immediately.

In his new role, Allsopp will formulate business strategies and operational plans, address strategic industry issues, manage overall goals to reflect revenue and operating income objectives and co-lead the business executive team, with primary responsibility for translating business vision and strategy into operational tactics and building organizational support and infrastructure.
Allsopp joins NightRays from Washington Mutual, where he was vice president of operations for the retail division. Allsopp successfully led teams responsible for performance analytics, business intelligence, operations and project/program management associated with the development, production, distribution and evaluation of retail banking learning initiatives.
Prior to his work with Washington Mutual, Allsopp was a senior managing consultant for Born Information Services, a privately held, technology consulting firm.

Allsopp holds bachelor degrees in both Finance and Accounting, as well as a master’s degree in International Finance. He has completed numerous professional development programs including ROI Certification and Lean Six Sigma. He is a professional member of the Project Management Institute, the American Society for Training & Development and the American Management Association.
