Greg Rose majored in physics at Bucknell University and earned a Ph.D. in Physics at Texas A&M with a specialty in ferromagnetic superconductors. While at Texas A&M, he taught Electricity and Magnetism, General Physics, and Astronomy. He was the system manager for the VAX/VMS Physics department computer. His physics postdoctoral project was on an Army grant to evaluate methods of using pulsed lasers to see through smoke screens. He completed medical school at UTMB and served as a Radiology resident at the Baylor University Medical Center. He was an MRI fellow at the Mayo Clinic and participated in the MRE brain project. He has presented research at Physics and Medical conferences. He has published papers in the fields of solid state theory, laser theory, mammography, and MRE. He holds a patent for a color coded, programmable radiology keyboard. Twenty-seven items in his teleradiology patent are pending.

He has been in private practice since 1998.

Dr. Rose is President and CEO of NightRays, PA and ROCOVIEW, Inc, a digital radiology service provider. Dr. Rose serves as one of the interpreting radiologists for NightRays.
